Since One Less, Inc was founded in 2022, we’ve been chasing one ambitious goal: ending the global orphan crisis. The orphan crisis is huge, but we’re optimistic. We know how to solve the problem, and we make progress every day thanks to the help of local partners and generous supporters.

One Less makes a bold promise: 100% of public donations go directly to our programs fighting for every orphaned child to have a home. Private donors cover our operating costs so 100% of your money can go to our mission.

Hello! I’m Erica, wife to Zach and an adoptive mother of two beautiful girls named Hebsi and Shravani. I am a Counselor and passionate dreamer.
One Less is a dream born from my own adoption journey. It was while walking the streets of India and seeing the countless street children that I realized together we can make a difference. It is my passion to see adoption normalized and every child to have a place to call home. Through supporting adoption and building homes for abandoned children we can make waves of hope until every orphan has a home.
